Brad Pitt reprises his Academy Award-winning role as Cliff Booth in a new teaser for The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth, a sequel to Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood. Directed by David Fincher and written by Quentin Tarantino, the film returns to Booth eight years after the events of the original story.
Set in 1977, the sequel recasts Booth as a Hollywood fixer, taking care of problems for the industry. He also works behind a bar and operates a film projector, a shift from his former career as a stuntman.
Pitt leads a cast that includes Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Peter Weller, Matt Groove, JB Tadena, Corey Fogelmanis and Karren Karagulian.
The film’s score is by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. It marks their sixth consecutive feature with Fincher, following The Social Network, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Gone Girl, Mank and The Killer.
The film is scheduled for a two-week IMAX run worldwide beginning November 25, before arriving on Netflix on December 23.
