Ralph Lauren is expanding its Holiday Experience from four cities to seven this year, with installations inspired by the Adirondack mountains and the natural world. The experience will visit London, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore and Los Angeles.
Planned features include Lake House-inspired retreats, ice skating rinks, Christmas trees, family portrait opportunities, seasonal workshops and immersive retail experiences with holiday gifts. Ralph’s Coffee pop-ups and other hospitality offerings will also be available at the sites.
The programme begins at London’s Sloane Square from Nov. 12 to Dec. 20. Marina Bay Sands in Singapore follows from Nov. 17 to Dec. 26, and First Fleet Park in Sydney will host the installation from Nov. 21 to Nov. 29. The dates for the remaining locations are Seongsu Daelim in Seoul, Dec. 10–13; West Hollywood, Dec. 3–6; Ocean Terminal Deck in Hong Kong, Dec. 5–20; and Roppongi Midtown in Tokyo, Dec. 4–31.
Ralph Lauren said it will donate a portion of proceeds from selected activities and give visitors the option to contribute to local charities supported through its Pink Pony initiative.
The brand will also turn stores around the world into American woodland retreats. In New York, Ralph Lauren will appear in the windows of Bloomingdale’s 59th Street flagship, alongside a Holiday Shop offering gifts, customization and special events. At Selfridges in London, a New York-themed window will feature miniature versions of The Polo Bar and Ralph’s Coffee, as well as ice skating and New York taxis. A Ralph’s Coffee experience will also be set up on Duke Street. In Germany, Ralph Lauren will take over the windows at Breuninger stores in Munich and Stuttgart.
The holiday season will also see the debut of the second instalment of The Polo Bear Chronicles, the brand’s animated short-film series. The two-minute film follows the Polo Bear on an adventure in the Adirondacks, with themes of family, tradition and the season.
