Salomon and THE BROKEN ARM have joined forces again for a collaborative version of the Grolle, a mid-cut boot inspired by the experiences of young people growing up in villages and rural communities. The release comes in a single Black Olive/Peat/Pumpkin Spice colorway and is priced at $210 USD.

The boot features a largely one-piece leather upper in a deep olive-brown tone, finished with an intentionally irregular cracked texture designed to develop additional depth and patina through use. White conventional laces provide a sharp contrast, running through embroidered eyelets and metal hardware instead of Salomon’s Quicklace system.

Visible contrast stitching runs across the construction, while small orange and red details, including Salomon branding on the side, add limited color to the otherwise muted design. A Peat-colored brushed rubber mudguard wraps around the forefoot and sides, with exposed stitching emphasizing the boot’s utilitarian character.

The design transitions into a chunky archival Salomon sole unit with Pumpkin Spice accents and a deeply lugged Mud Contagrip outsole. A metal buckle, subtle embroidery and exposed structural details further support the worn-in aesthetic associated with THE BROKEN ARM’s exploration of everyday life outside major cities.

The Salomon x THE BROKEN ARM Grolle, identified by SKU L45536400, will be available November 4 through Salomon and THE BROKEN ARM.
