The fashion week circuit has moved to Lagos, Nigeria, where African designers are presenting their spring 2027 collections. The city’s shows are once again drawing attention for their expressive street style, marked by vivid colors, bold prints and distinctive accessories.
Orange Culture, one of the continent’s most prominent labels, is returning to the Lagos runway after recently presenting in Berlin. Local mainstays Kilentar, Emmy Kasbit and Lisa Folawiyo are also showcasing their latest designs during the season.
Outside the shows, guests are matching the energy of the collections with eye-catching outfits and spirited styling. Photographer Stephen Tayo is documenting the best-dressed attendees throughout the Lagos spring 2027 shows.
