Xbox has revealed the Series X-BITE, a working Xbox Series X housed inside a detailed, more-than-five-foot alligator replica. The one-off build was made with creature-effects company John Nolan Studio and draws on Florida wildlife and lore.
The console’s internal hardware sits inside the replica’s torso, with an illuminated Xbox Nexus logo along its spine. Its jaws hold a custom Xbox Wireless Controller marked with sculpted tooth impressions and bite textures. The build also features realistic scales and ridges, plus green eyes with pupils shaped around the Xbox logo.
Xbox says the hardware can run current games, though the piece is intended primarily as a display item. The company also confirmed that no real animals were involved or harmed in its creation.
The single custom console is being offered through an official social media sweepstakes running from November 3 to November 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. The entry post asks participants to follow and repost with #XbiteSweepstakes. No purchase is necessary; the stated eligibility is limited to people aged 18 or older in the United States, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.
