Zendaya wore a look from Ronan McKenzie’s spring 2027 Selasi collection in a promotional video for Dune: Part Three, appearing alongside her co-star Timothée Chalamet. The outfit, styled by Law Roach, comprised a sleeveless halter-neck top and barrel-legged trousers in sandy shades of suede.
The look was the third outfit shown in Selasi’s “Going Places” collection. McKenzie presented the collection at a mechanic’s garage during London Fashion Week, with models including her mother, British Vogue contributing editor Zezi Ifore and entrepreneur Charlene Prempeh. It was the designer’s second runway presentation since joining the schedule.
The collection’s show notes described clothes designed to be worn across different bodies, ages and lives. Another recent Selasi runway moment brought renewed attention to 59-year-old model Evelyn Effrim-Botchey, who has since appeared on Paris catwalks.
Roach has also used Zendaya’s high-profile appearances to feature emerging designers. During the previous Dune press tour, she wore designs by Torishéju and Paolo Carzana, and she had earlier supported Peter Do and Maximilian Davis at Ferragamo.
