Zoë Kravitz has switched to a warm brown hair color that her colorist, Rita Hazan, calls “coco suede.” The subtle change contrasts with the cooler dark tones and icy platinum shades Kravitz has worn in the past.
Hazan describes the color as warm but neutral, without red or brassy tones, and says it brings a sunlit glow to Kravitz’s complexion.
Kravitz debuted the shade while filming Die Alive, a forthcoming dark romantic comedy written and directed by Megan Park. Hazan said she colored Kravitz’s hair a few weeks ago for the role.
