Rita Ora stepped out in New York City on Friday night for The Frankie Shop’s annual Halloween party, dressed as the late country music singer Dolly Parton. Her costume drew on Parton’s signature glamorous and highly stylized fashion image.
Ora wore a blue button-down shirt tied at the waist over an icy blue push-up bra, along with classic blue jeans and a thick, studded red belt. She completed the outfit with Gucci Donna Horsebit patent leather pumps in a matching vibrant red shade. The shoes featured pointed toes, stiletto heels and the brand’s gold Horsebit hardware across the vamp.
The singer also wore heavy eye makeup that coordinated with the color of her bra and added a platinum blond wig to reinforce the Parton-inspired look. Before leaving for the event, Ora shared the costume on Instagram.
The outfit may have referenced Parton’s 2008 song “Backwoods Barbie.” In the track, Parton sings about wearing “a push-up bra and heels” while describing her approach to glamour as a country girl’s style.
The Frankie Shop’s Halloween celebration is held annually and often attracts high-profile guests. This year’s party was themed around Parton, while last year’s event centered on Elizabeth Taylor. Ora’s costume followed other Dolly-inspired fashion tributes seen this fall, including sparkly footwear worn by Ella Langley and Kristin Chenoweth at the 2026 Country Music Awards.
