Levi’s, Pacsun and True Religion are taking different approaches to the holiday season in campaigns that range from whimsical stop-motion to relaxed denim and high-glam styling. Nostalgia, togetherness and personal expression feature across the brands’ messaging and collections.

Levi’s is marking sweater season with “Let’s Get Fuzzy,” a stop-motion film starring Fuzzyeti, a Yeti character who warms up in a Levi’s cardigan among new friends in a cabin. The production used clay characters dressed in replica pieces from the brand’s collections and required four hours of filming for each second of animation.

The featured knitwear includes the women’s Charlotte Crewneck Cardigan and Ava Quarter-Zip Sweater, alongside the men’s Presidio Crew Sweater and Miles V-Neck Sweater. Levi’s pairs them with denim styles including the 501 Loose, 578 Baggy, Ribcage and Loose Taper.

The company said the Claymation approach references “Clayman,” its 1995 advertisement described as the first full-length commercial made entirely with the technique. Levi’s global chief marketing officer Kenny Mitchell said the campaign explores tactile storytelling across retail, digital and social channels, while highlighting sweaters as companions to the brand’s denim.

Pacsun’s “Home for the Holidays” follows friends returning home for the season, with the collection built around relaxed and baggy denim, striped knits, cozy cardigans and matching fleece sets. The campaign draws on findings from the retailer’s Youth Report, conducted with GlobalData.

The report found that 64 percent of young shoppers are buying more casual and comfortable clothing than the previous year. Friends were named as a trusted source of fashion advice by 34 percent of respondents, while 27 percent cited family. Pacsun chief merchandising officer Richard Cox said the campaign translates those findings into clothing for both the journey home and time spent making memories together.

Pacsun has also introduced its “Gift the Vibe” holiday shopping guide. The company said special promotions across categories will begin Nov. 12 with “Pac Friday.”

True Religion is opting for a more glamorous mood with “The Gift Worth Going All In For.” The campaign presents gifts as expressions of identity and confidence, with musicians Latto, Metro Boomin and Summer Walker at its center. The brand describes the story as a pursuit of coveted treasures, while its collection emphasizes standout denim, crystals, texture and statement details.

True Religion’s Holiday 2026 assortment is set to arrive in several drops. “Texture Takes Over” features furry fabrics, leopard prints, sherpa, velour, sweater knits and matching sets. “Crystal After Dark” centers on black denim, with crystal embellishments, chains and other dimensional details across jeans, tees, flannels and sportswear. “Famous Denim” reworks the brand’s recognizable silhouettes with statement stitching, seasonal washes, crystal placements and updated proportions.

Summer Walker said the campaign’s emphasis on individuality resonated with her, describing personal style and music as ways to express herself without conforming to others’ expectations. True Religion chief marketing officer Kristen D’Arcy said the collection was designed around distinctive denim and embellished finishes, positioning jeans as the season’s standout gift.
